What shipping services do you use?

All our products are shipped by Australia Post for domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. For orders within Australia, we offer complimentary shipping via 5-7 day Standard Post with tracking included. If you require Express Post, you can select this option during checkout for an additional fee.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. While we are dedicated to delivering our products to you as swiftly as possible, please understand that Same Yet Different cannot assume responsibility for shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers. International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Similar to domestic orders, all international orders are dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle within 1-3 business days of your purchase. International orders will incur additional shipping costs, which will be determined at the time of your purchase.
Please note that international shipping typically takes between 10 to 30 business days. As with domestic shipping, Same Yet Different cannot be held liable for any shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers. What is your returns policy?

Our return policy covers a 14-day window from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email sales@sameyetdifferent.com requesting a refund with the receipt as proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund process will commence, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within 14 days.
